- Deliverables:
The Bidder will be responsible to deliver and set up all the components to be provided with the equipments in the waste
handling area at destination hospital(s) in the Republic of Kenya. The Bidder shall deliver a time program before
and during the complete construction and assembling period.
ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTS
The following accompanying documents must be provided with EACH of the delivered incinerators:
1. Two (2) full performance instruction manuals (including process description; loading and maintenance procedures) in the
English language.
2. Three (3) short-form documents of loading and operation processes (English Language). Circuit and pneumatic plan, technical data sheet, pressure vessel certification (English Language).
4. One set of security regulations (English language).
5. Set of necessary safety signs.
